Breaking news! ;)

My Mom just called and said that Sam's first tooth has broken through!  I am so excited - what a fun milestone, I can't wait for him to have little chompers :)  I will try to get a photo soon and post it but I wanted to write this one done in the electronic baby book!

Wino on the loose

Geoff was watching Sam tonight when I was laying down upstairs (okay full disclose I was napping ;) and Sam was tooling around in his walker.  He went into the dining room and then Geoff heard him in my study, and then he rounded the corner to the living room with a bottle of wine on his tray!  As my Mom said we either need to watch him now, or move the wine - I am voting for moving the wine :)

9 months!!!

Friday was Sam's 9 month b-day.  Gisela brought Sam into my work so I could see him on my lunch break and we went to Cosi and then ate our salads in Post Office Square Park.  Here are a few photos from his 75% of a year B-day:

 

Yummy Uncle Foot

Sam decided that his Uncle Jon's foot was the the tastiest treat around - he has a very fun time gnawing on Jon's big toe :)

Nana & Pop's Beach

We visited my parents on Sunday afternoon and Sam had a blast with the water table that is on the beach.  Geoff also shaped his hair into a mini-mo hawk :)

Sleeping Upgrade

We stayed with Geoff's parents over the holiday weekend and Sam figured out that sleeping in the king-sized bed was more his style.  He looks funny in this one bcs his eye lids are not completely closed :)

Sam meet Leighton

My Mom brought Sam over to meet Leighton at John and Carol's house while Katie was visiting.  Leighton is almost exactly a month older than Sam and they totally hit if off.

Assisted walking

My Mom bought Sam a walker a few weeks back and he just loves it!  It is so much fun to see him peddling around the house and being able to make his way toward items of interest.

Sam Sleeping

So being a creepy Mom I took a photo of Sam sleeping.  He just looks so cute I could not resist.  This was taken on 8/24 and took me a few weeks to get if off my camera ;)
