Potty Training

Sam is starting to "get" potty training more and more these days.  He seems very motivated by getting new cars or trucks for after a successful trip - and he is very patient while waiting - and good reading materials always helps pass the time :)

Charlotte - bath time - 2 months

I am batting a little our of order here - but found this photo of Charlotte at bath time when she was closer to 2 months old - amazing how much she has already changed in the past few months.  Most of her dark hair has fallen out and is being replaced by lighter hair.  Her eye brows have also become more defined recently.  She still has many rolls on her thighs :)

Sam - Ant - Momma

Sam is really getting into the alphabet these days and has some favorite letters he is associating with words - like S for Sam, N for Nicholas, D for Dadda, M for Momma, E for Elephant, A for Ant, K for Kiss :)  A few weekends ago he spelled his name using the fridge magnets:

2 Months Update

Charlotte had her 2 months Dr. appointment yesterday and everything is still good.  She is in the 97th percentile for height, 95th percentile for weight and 90th percentile for head circumference.  She weighed 13 pounds and 10 ounces - so has gained just under 5 pounds in 2 months.  She is def. grabbing at things now and has learned how to self-sooth by sucking on her first - kudos :)  She had to get 2 shots yesterday, but thankfully she has 2 months to forger about those bcs her next scheduled checkup is at 4 months.
